Please note that by chosing to trade with The gift Gallery, you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions. The Gift Gallery reserves the right to amend and update our items & conditions without prior notice. please read the following "small print" to avoide any inconvenience.

Return & Exchange:

at The Gift Gallery, we are so certain that you will love our fabulous range of gifts, that if for any reason you are not satisfied with your gift, we will replace it or give you a credit note.
Returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase for our guarantee to be valid.
We do not offer exchange or return on consumable items due to health regulations. When making a selection from our Gourmet boxes range, please choose carefully as no return or exchange will be offered unless goods are damaged. Our gifts are carefully packed to avoid damage during transportation. In the event of goods being damaged prior to receipt, we will happily exchange your gift. Damaged goods must be returned to our head office prior to dispatch of exchanged goods. Please contact us prior to arranging return of goods. The Gift Gallery will carry the cost of shipment when returning damaged goods only. Any other return will be at the expense of the customer.
Although our system is currently designed to process automatic Australian orders only, we are happy to ship your chosen gift to a country of your choice at additional costs.
It is our policy not to profit from delivery charges, hence our delivery quaotes are based on "cost prices" to us. Please contact us via phone or email to arrange a delivery quote for your chosen gift. Once you accept our delivery charge, we will process your transaction manually via our secure merchant facilities.
Please note that The gift Gallery takes no responsibility for lost parcels in international transit. If you wish to further secure your parcel, we suggest that you opt for the "registered airmail" option.


Delivery
:

Orders are dispatched upon full payment for goods. Gift delivery time frames may vary without notice. This mainly depends on our carrier.No deliveries are available on weekends and public holidays.The Gift Gallery will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage caused after delivery.The Gift Gallery will not take any responsibility for gifts delivered to an incorrect address given to us or to an unattended address where customers opted to have their gifts left at the door if no one is home. Should this occur, The Gift Gallery will be happy to re-deliver your gift, however, new delivery charges will be billed to your credit card prior to re-delivery. If for any reason your gift has not arrived at the estimated time frame, please contact us and we will be able to track your order through our carrier.


International Delivery:

Our online billing system is currently designed to process automatic Australian orders only. However, we are happy to ship your chosen gift to a country of your choice at additional costs.
It is our policy not to profit from delivery charges, hence, our delivery quotes are based on "cost prices" to us. Please contact us via phone or email to arrange a delivery quote for your chosen gift. Once you accept our delivery charge, we will process your transaction manually via our secure merchant facilities.
Please be aware that if you proceeded with your international order without prior delivery arrangement, delivery charges will automatically apply, (at cost price).
Please note that The gift Gallery takes no responsibility for lost parcels in international transit. If you wish to further secure your parcel, we suggest that you opt for the "registered airmail" option when requesting an international delivery quotes.
Air-mail postage is not trackable by us. If you wish to be able to track your international parcels, you must request a registered international delivery option. This option will incur significant additional costs.



Free delivery

When free delivery is offered, The Gift Gallery reserves the right to post parcel in regular mail.

Alcohol

The Gift Gallery will only deliver alcohol to persons 18 years of age and above.


Availability of products
:

At times, some items may not be available. The Gift Gallery will Endeavour to dispatch your luxury and exlusive gift as displayed on our website, however. If an item is not available, we will replace it with a similar item equal or greater in value to the one ordered.
