All Australian gifts deliveries are charged at a flat rate of $9.95 (inclusive of GST).

Please note that it is our company's philosophy not to profit from gift delivery charges, hence, all prices quoted are cost price for delivery.

Multiple orders:
Discounts may apply for multiple gift orders to the same address. We can advise you of these reduced rates.

Time frames:
The gift gallery endeavors to dispatch orders as soon as payment is confirmed, however, at times delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control. If your order is urgent, we suggest that you advise us to avoid unnecessary disappointment.

Incorrect delivery address:
The gift gallery is not responsible for any delivery to an incorrect address provided to us. Should this occur, the gift gallery will be happy to re-deliver your gift to an alternative address, however, new delivery charges will apply and will be billed to your credit card prior to re-delivery.

Delivery times:
Gifts are delivered during business hours (Mon-Fri 9:00 - 5:00). Please consider your gift delivery destination when placing an order. For this reason, workplace destinations are often the most appropriate place to deliver your gifts.
